Accio is a companion app for Seerr (Overseerr / Jellyseerr) that lets you browse media, submit requests, contact server admins for support, and receive push notifications. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Accio collects only the data needed to operate the app:
Plex Account Information
When you sign in with Plex, Accio may receive and store your display name, your email address, and your profile image URL. This information is used to identify your account inside the app.
Seerr Account Information
After authentication, Accio fetches account information from the Seerr server used by the app, including your Seerr user ID and your permission level or admin status. This is used to load your requests, determine access level, and support notification routing.
Session Data
To keep you signed in, Accio stores authenticated session data locally on your device, including session cookies and related login state.
Push Notification Data
If notifications are enabled, Accio collects an APNs device token. To deliver notifications, the app sends the following to our notification relay: APNs device token, Seerr user ID, email address, admin status, app bundle identifier, and APNs environment (development or production). This data is used only to register your device and route notifications.
Support Request Content
If you use the in-app support workflow, Accio transmits the issue type you select, the text you submit, follow-up replies exchanged between you and server admins, and related media identifiers. Support requests are private — visible only to you and the relevant server admins.
Search & Activity Data
Accio may temporarily process search queries, request activity, and media browsing data to operate the app and show results. Recent searches may also be stored locally on your device for convenience.
Photos (Optional)
If you choose to attach a screenshot to a problem report, Accio requests access to your photo library. Selected images are attached to the outgoing email only and are not uploaded to any server.

To deliver push notifications about approvals, availability, and support updates.
To let server admins review and respond to private support requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling.
On Your Device
Accio stores some data locally on your device using local storage and Keychain, including account details, login state, session cookies, recent searches, and push registration state.
Notification Relay Infrastructure
Push registration data may be stored in Cloudflare Workers KV or related relay infrastructure. This may include your APNs token, Seerr user ID, email address, admin status, bundle identifier, and environment as needed for push registration and routing.
Accio works with the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policy:

Accio communicates with the Seerr service used by the app to fetch media, requests, permissions, and support-request data. That service may have its own privacy and retention practices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share data only as needed to operate the app, including with Plex for sign-in, Apple for push delivery, Cloudflare for push relay infrastructure, and the Seerr service used by the app.
When you log out of the app, Accio attempts to remove your stored push registration from the notification relay and clears local account data from the device.
Some records, such as support requests or server-side request history, may remain in the Seerr service or related backend systems until removed according to those systems' retention policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
Accio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
